The service
My Garage Portal is a portal for garages to manage customers, vehicles, bookings, quotes and invoices, and to keep customers informed. It is run by Garage Portal.
Free trial and subscription
New garages start on a free trial limited to 1 customer and 1 vehicle. A paid subscription (£20 per month) removes that limit. It renews each month until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from the Settings page. After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account returns to the free trial limit. Customer logins keep working. Fees already paid are not refunded for part months.
Your responsibilities
Garages are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, for having a lawful reason to contact their customers, and for keeping their PIN private. Quotes and invoices created in the portal are the garage's own documents; the garage remains responsible for tax and VAT on them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the portal for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to access another garage's data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal running and backed up, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copy of important documents. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or business losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
